Most everyone is aware that there is a global need to conserve our natural resources. One of the most precious
of these, WATER - Clean, Potable Water, is rapidly becoming so polluted
that it is poisonous, unless properly treated. That treatment
is an expensive process, the effects of which are being felt by many consumers
today.
Something must be done to protect our ability to obtain affordable water, and it must be done soon. |

The more that water quality and quantity issues become concerns of the people, the more pressure there is upon the government to step in and write new laws governing when, where and how our water will be collected, produced, treated, transmitted, distributed and sold to consumers. A specific example can be found in "The 2005 Florida Statutes, Title XXVIII Natural Resources; Conservation, Reclamation, and Use / Chapter 373 Water Resources". And, governmental involvement does not stop there. The laws are already in place which affect, restrict and control our current use of water. |
